Refinancing Special — $699 + GST

Switching banks to get a better mortgage rate? Our refinancing package is just $699 (plus GST, disbursements, and administration fee). We’ll handle the legal side of your refinance so you can focus on your financial goals. This service includes liaising with your current and new lender, registering the discharge and new mortgage, and ensuring a seamless transition.

Terms & Conditions Apply:
The $1,990 + GST fixed fee for purchases covers the standard legal work for purchasing a property with a mortgage from a first-tier lender. It includes advice on the LIM and title, assignment of any EQC claims, and the withdrawal of your KiwiSaver funds. Additional costs apply for extra services such as:

  • More than two purchasers

  • Second or third-tier lender mortgages

  • Guarantees

  • Agreement for Sale and Purchase drafting

  • Complex titles (unit title, cross lease, fee simple with encumbrances)

  • Deeds of nomination

  • Renegotiation of contract terms
