Opening Hours During Alert Level 2

Following the move to alert level 2, we’re pleased to announce that our offices will be opening again on Monday 18th May 2020. For the time being, we will be open shorter hours; 10am – 5pm.

We have policies and procedures in place to ensure we comply with the alert level 2 requirements of physical distancing, cleanliness and contact tracing, which will apply to all those in our office. When visiting our offices, the following will apply:

  • Where possible, make an appointment time, rather than calling in unexpectedly;
  • On arrival, call reception to advise your arrival. You will be let in provided the reception area isn’t already in use (in which case you will need to wait – we regret any inconvenience this might cause);
  • There is a sanitising station inside the entranceway – you will need to sanitise your hands and if you’d like to, take a disposable mask for wearing whilst in our offices;
  • You will need to provide your full contact details for our contact tracing register;
  • Usual greetings such as hand shakes are off the cards and staff will likely wear a mask when meeting with you. Please don’t take offence to this, we’re all in this together;
  • Pens for client use will be sanitised between use, please feel free to bring your own if you prefer; &
  • There will be less availability for meetings as we are encouraging the continued use of audio visual meetings (video calls) where possible and we will be limiting the number of meetings held within a branch at any one time to ensure distancing can be preserved. We cannot book back to back meetings as surfaces and equipment will be wiped down in between each meeting, therefore there are less appointments available on any given day.

We look forward to continuing to support you on your legal transactions and thank you for your understanding that our operation will look a little different for a while in light of the Covid-19 environment.
