Purchasing?

We have a special price for house purchases of $1,500.00 + GST, disbursements and office expenses.

Refinancing?

We have a special price of $795.00 + GST, disbursements and office expenses.

Enduring Powers of Attorney?

If you complete a Will through us, we will do Enduring Powers of Attorney for both Property and Personal Care and Welfare and a special rate.

For one person – $495.00 + GST, disbursements and office expenses (this amounts to $247.50 + GST per document).
For a couple – $695.00 + GST, disbursements and office expenses (this amounts to $173.75 + GST per document).

• You must mention this special when you enquire with us.
• The discounted purchase rate applies to basic purchase contracts only. Any additional components or services will incur an additional cost.
• The discounted refinancing rate applies to a basic refinancing of one property only. Any additional properties or more complex refinancing matters will incur an additional cost.
• The discounted Enduring Powers of Attorney costs are for both documents only, in conjunction with a Will.
• These specials can not run in conjunction with any other special.
